A: Yes, if your order can reach to specific amount quantity, bike: 8000pcs or electric bike 5000pcs per year, you can be our agent.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45-60days after receiving your down payment. The specific delivery time depends on your actual quantity and complexity of your order details.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: 1. 30% T/T as deposit, and balance against B/L copy. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q6.Do I need to charge the batteries before using them?
A: Yes, you should charge the batteries fully before first using them.
Q7. Can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check. It takes about 3-4weeks to get the sample bikes ready after receipt of your full sample payment.
Q8: Why should I recharge my batteries at least every 90days (Li-ion) when I’m not using them ?
A:Batteries naturally loose their charge over time. To keep the batteries in optimal condition and extend their life. It’s recommended that a top-off recharge be performed at least every 90 days.
Q9: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to battery and 3 years to mid drive motor.
